Step to Step process to achieve new year resolution:

Hi friends, Today is first day of new year, we all know people all over the world has habit of set resolution goals every year. Some people take it as serious task and complete it at any cost, but most of the people can’t able to reach the goals and change their minds after sometime, what block their process and mentality? Today I would like to share my ideas and thoughts with you about how to achieve new year resolution like a pro.



We all know most of the people quit their resolution goals within first 10 to 15 days and can’t able to follow it further. It is our duty to reach the resolution goals. Life will be better if you start to follow a good habit. I have two ideas for this,

Idea 1:

while start to follow a habit, start it as very small habit, don’t set critical tasks as your resolution goals like “forget drinking in one day” “Quit smoking from today”. First, we have to take smaller steps to reach the destination right?.so here is my idea, if you’re a chain smoker, turn this habit as “smoke only two cigarette per day for week 1”, then after successfully achieve this goal, then again set next goal “smoke only one cigarette per day for week 2”, then after successfully achieve this goal, then again set next goal, “smoke only one cigarette for every 2 days”, likewise. Set intermediate goals to reach a big goal.

There are three important phases to achieve a goal or resolution.

Trigger: “smoke only two cigarette per day for week 1”

Routine: Follow this goal for one week.

Happiness: while achieving these smaller goals we would get satisfaction.

 


We have to find a good replacement habit to quit a bad habit.

Idea 2:

There is  a proverb in English “A job started is a job half done”.so start to follow habit at any cost and not wait for a perfect moment to start it.once you start to follow a habit, our brain will start to trigger you to do it.so it is important to start a smaller tasks to achieve a greater thing.
