Teach your children how to interact with others and insist them not use mobile phones at very morning time. Limit your time for using mobile phones.

Build self-control.

Teach your children how to be a self-control person. Teach them to how to prioritize their needs and how to keep away from the waste of time matters.

Make your child socializes with others. Insist them to play with the other children and try to evade their inferiority complex conditions.
